Did you know some communities, such as Gee’s Bend, Alabama, have an annual airing of the quilts festival? Bonnie White’s images lend themselves to lots of color line cutting and few figure pieces. A second layer that would include the green house, airing quilts and buggy can highlight the foreground figures. There are a number of options of the skyline in Hope’s Quilts. The Afternoon Flurries puzzles shows a snowflake border, is 13×10″ and 283 pieces. The size of your puzzle, piece size, number of figure pieces, color line cutting and layers will affect the number of pieces. The last images show more options in terms of layers and skyline.
