Description
Alice in Wonderland provides so many opportunities for unique puzzle designs. For this puzzle, I took the idea of the mice in holes from the cheese puzzles and applied it to Alice. It is 2 layers that are irregular circles, each approximately 8″ across. the outside of each circle is made of grass, with an angular cut and the inner portion is dirt, with a curl cut. Alice and the White Rabbit each straddle the hole of their layer.
I draw out, cut and paint each layer by hand, so size and number of pieces vary. The one pictured here has 317 tightly fitting pieces, some of which are very small. There are no figure pieces. The puzzle pictured has a super high gloss finish, but I can do a matte finish if you prefer.
