Description
I carve each spoon by hand, following the grain to create a strong and unique spoon. We use these everyday. Using handmade items for afternoon tea/ coffee time helps to set the time apart as a chance to breathe and recharge.
Medium spoons hold approximately 1 teaspoon – 1 tablespoon. If you prefer a larger or smaller spoon, please let me know. I also have small salt spoons and larger spoons for cooking and serving.
I finish all of my kitchen items with multiple coats of natural tung oil, giving time for each coat to polymerize. This creates a hard, long lasting finish that does not have to be reapplied (mineral oil, beeswax and many other finishes easily rinse off in warm water).
