Description
“Rosie” was many women of very different backgrounds, including my aunt-in-law. Aunt Dot talked about working on the planes in Missouri and being able to read the blueprints much better than her male supervisors, which they didn’t appreciate. This puzzle honors women’s strength, power and hope. Image is adapted from the Library of Congress.
Puzzle measures 10.5 x 8.5″ and has 234 pieces. Has dropouts to spell “strength” and several figure pieces. This is a Double Puzzle™ with the pieces to create the iconic Rosie the Riveter hidden in the puzzle. Connectors are knobs, mimicking rivets. IF you get stuck and need to help finding the hidden pieces, you can look here, but try it before peeking.
